Any legal communication may be addressed to the contact email above, which serves as the main means of direct and effective communication.

2. Terms of use

Accessing this website grants you the status of User and entails full acceptance of this Legal Notice and, where applicable, the Terms and Conditions of Use and the Privacy Policy published on this site.

Wandr is a personal project under development. The service is provided in beta form and may undergo changes, interruptions or feature evolution without prior notice.

3. Intellectual and industrial property

The Wandr brand, the wandr.es domain, the interface design, the editorial texts of the destination catalogue, the generated narratives and the non-public code are protected under Spanish and European intellectual and industrial property law. Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without the express authorisation of the operator is prohibited.

Photographs of places shown in the service come from Google Places and are displayed in accordance with their attribution requirements. Geographic data come from GeoNames (CC BY 4.0 licence) and from Mapbox.

4. Disclaimer of warranties and liability

The operator makes reasonable efforts to keep the information in the service accurate and up to date, but does not warrant:

  • The accuracy or currency of information generated by artificial intelligence models. Users must verify opening hours, prices, availability and conditions of any establishment before visiting it or making a reservation.
  • The uninterrupted availability of the service.
  • That the service or its contents are entirely free of errors.

The operator will not be liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service, except where the law mandatorily imposes such liability — in particular vis-à-vis consumers.

5. Links to third-party sites

The service may contain links to external pages (e.g. Booking.com, Skyscanner, Google Maps, etc.) over which the operator has no control. Access to those sites is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Inclusion of the link does not imply recommendation, association or endorsement.

6. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the operator’s domicile, except where the user has consumer status and applicable regulations provide otherwise.
