1. Who we are
Wandr is a web and app service for AI-assisted trip planning, provided by José Barber Cortell in a personal capacity (individual). Contact: wandria0010@gmail.com.
2. Acceptance
By using Wandr you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Continued use after an update to these Terms implies acceptance of the changes.
3. Who may use the service
- You must be at least 14 years old.
- If you act on behalf of a company, you warrant that you have authority to bind it.
- You undertake to provide accurate data when registering.
4. Accounts and modes of use
You can use Wandr in three ways:
- Anonymous: without registration. Your trips are tied to your browser and you lose them if you clear it. Some limits apply: a maximum number of parallel active trips and feature restrictions in cities without a curated catalogue.
- Free registered: free account with full access to the assistant and the itinerary.
- Paid plans (Pro, Team): currently in waitlist. When launched, specific subscription terms and prices will be added. Until then, the pricing-page form does not constitute a purchase or a guaranteed-price reservation — it is merely an expression of interest.
5. Claiming anonymous trips
When you register, anonymous trips created in that browser are automatically linked to your account. This is definitive: once claimed, a trip cannot return to anonymous state.
6. Sharing and collaboration
- If you generate a share link, anyone with that link can see the trip. You are responsible for whom you share it with.
- If you invite collaborators, the invited person will be able to view and, depending on the role you assign them, edit the trip. Only the owner can invite more people or remove collaborators.
- Do not include third-party sensitive data (partner, children, etc.) in a trip you are going to share without their knowledge.
7. Artificial intelligence: what the assistant is NOT
The assistant uses language models. These models may:
- Suggest places that no longer exist or whose opening hours, prices or conditions have changed.
- Make factual mistakes.
- Recommend places unsuitable for your particular circumstances.
Always verify critical information (opening hours, reservations, access restrictions, health or safety conditions at the destination) before travelling. The operator accepts no liability for harm resulting from acting solely on the assistant’s suggestions.
8. Acceptable conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful purposes.
- Circumvent usage limits (programmatically creating mass trips, scraping the catalogue, automating the chat).
- Upload or input content that is offensive, infringes third-party rights or violates a person’s dignity.
- Impersonate another person.
- Interfere with the operation of the service.
We may suspend or cancel your account if you breach these rules, without prior notice when the breach is serious.
9. Intellectual property
- The code, design, brand and editorial catalogue belong to the operator. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
- The itineraries you generate are yours, but by uploading content to the service you grant the operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store and display it in the context of the service itself.
- Place images come from Google Places and are displayed in accordance with their attribution requirements.
10. Availability and changes
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee zero interruptions. We may:
- Carry out planned or emergency maintenance.
- Modify features or withdraw non-essential ones.
- Modify these Terms. If the changes are material we will notify you by email or via an in-app notice at least 15 days in advance.
11. Cancellation
You can stop using Wandr whenever you want and delete your account from the profile page or by requesting it at wandria0010@gmail.com.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for:
- Indirect damages, lost profits or loss of opportunities.
- Damages arising from information generated by the AI without verification.
- Damages arising from linked third-party services (Booking, Skyscanner, Google Maps, etc.).
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, harm to physical integrity or any other liability that the law does not permit to be excluded, especially vis-à-vis consumers.
13. Consumers
If you are a consumer within the meaning of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, you retain all rights recognised by that regulation. In particular, you may use the European online dispute resolution platform.
14. Applicable law and jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by Spanish law.
- If you are a consumer, the court of your domicile applies.
- Otherwise, the parties submit to the courts of the operator’s domicile.
